This project involves the design of a public space within Anzele Park and the surrounding Benusen neighborhood, an area that embodies the historical and cultural richness of Diyarbakır. The contextual significance of the site is considerable, due to several key factors:

• Anzele Park occupies a prominent position within the urban and cultural landscape of Diyarbakır, distinguished by its historical and natural characteristics.

• The Benusen neighborhood, characterized by a dense residential fabric, distinct social dynamics, and a diverse user profile, presents a variety of spatial and social needs.

In this context, the design of a public space functions as a critical tool for fostering social interaction, promoting inclusivity, and reinforcing the physical and socio-cultural identity of the area
 

Bu proje konusu, Diyarbakır'ın tarihi ve kültürel zenginliklerini barındıran Anzele Parkı ve çevresindeki Benusen Mahallesi’nde kamusal bir alan tasarımı yapmayı içeriyor. Konunun bağlamı oldukça güçlü çünkü:

• Anzele Parkı, tarihi ve doğal özellikleriyle Diyarbakır’da önemli bir yere sahiptir.

• Benusen Mahallesi ise yoğun konut dokusu, sosyal yapısı ve potansiyel kullanıcı profiliyle çeşitli ihtiyaçları barındırır.

• Kamusal alan tasarımı; toplumsal etkileşimi güçlendirmek, sosyal kapsayıcılığı sağlamak ve bölgenin fiziksel-sosyal kimliğini desteklemek açısından önemli bir araçtır.
