The project is conceived as a next-generation institute where “climate, food, water, agriculture, and technology intersect, where the public is involved at both local and global scales, and where sustainable systems are transformed into spaces for research, production, exhibition, and experience.” The goal is to think through architecture about creating resilience for the future (Center for Bio-Resilience) and Agro-Bio Technological Encounters, where new technologies and climate priorities can be solved together.

Proje "iklim, gıda, su, tarım ve teknolojinin kesiştiği, kamunun yerel ve evrensel ölçekte dahil olduğu, sürdürülebilir sistemlerin araştırma, üretim, sergi ve deneyim mekanlarına dönüştüğü bir gelecek nesil enstitü" olarak kurgulanmıştır. Gelecek için dayanıklılık yaratma (Center for Bio-Resilience) ve yeni teknolojiler ile iklimsel öceliklerin bir arada çözümlenebileceği Agro-Biyo Teknolojik Karşılaşmalar üzerine mimarlık aracılığı ile düşünmek hedeflenmektedir.
